Purchase Digital Images or Prints

I recommend that you buy prints as we tend to underestimate the importance of having a real physical photo. In my time I have seen many digital formats from floppy disks, Zip Drives, CDs and DVDs and even USB sticks all come and go, so photos left on any one of those mediums will be very hard to see now or into the future. You never need any technology to look at a printed photograph so they become truly archival keepsakes that can be cherished for years and years. Whether they're stuffed into a shoebox, displayed on a wall or desk, or if they're inside an album, you’ll be able to show prints to your children or grandchildren in years to come.

I print all my photos in-house on a professional photo printer. All images are checked and colour balanced for the best results. Provided they are looked after - for example kept in an album, box or drawer away from direct sunlight, or framed behind glass, these prints should last at least 70 years without fading.
